Payments for custom research services are due upon receipt of billing of services. Such billing is generally upon completion of services but maybe based upon terms specifically agreed to between SMARInsights and its clients.  Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Agreed upon services may be cancelled with 30-day notice.  All services provided through the date of cancellation are due and payable upon receipt of billing.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. Any outstanding balance accrued because of the chargeback(s) must be paid prior to service being restored, files delivered, or any further work is done.

All services will be billed and payments accepted in US Dollars only.
