JESSI STAS

Jessi comes to us from the sports tourism industry, having spent the last six years in facility operations, event management and sports tourism consulting. 

Prior to joining the SMARInsights team, Jessi worked to assist communities in their efforts to transform their destination through sport. Using applied research techniques to assist in determining feasibility, viability and sustainability, Jessi has helped more than 50 communities grow their “business of sport”. 

During her time at the Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, IN, Jessi co-founded the Grand Park Research & Development HUB – A physical location and organized program geared towards providing start-ups, established organizations, and entrepreneurs an environment that aids in the further development of their research, technologies, and/or services related to the industry of sport. 

Jessi joined SMARInsights in 2024.
